Programme parameters require batch confirmation. Dry base weight and finished prepreg weight are different measures; starred values have explanatory notes below.

Base density
Indicator: weight of 1 m² of dry aramid base. Program range: 80–440 g/m². Density affects the mass of the layer and the thickness gain. The final properties depend on the structure and binder.

Thickness range
Stated values: 0.11; 0.15; 0.20; 0.22; 0.24; 0.25; 0.26; 0.28; 0.30; 0.42 mm. A direct correspondence between thickness and specific density has not been published. The thickness of the finished prepreg is confirmed by the technologist. Selecting density does not automatically fix thickness.

Base structure
The structure of the aramid base is selected according to the technical brief. It affects drapability and shaping behavior. Density does not automatically determine structure. The specific design is confirmed by the factory.

Binder system
The system is selected for temperature, load and molding cycle. Compatibility with the aramid base is confirmed by the technologist. The resin content is consistent with the technical brief. Selecting density does not automatically lock the system.
