Choosing a carbon sheet
A carbon sheet format describes its width and length. The catalogue groups eight formats, from 250×400 to 1500×2000 mm. Thickness is selected separately to suit the part requirements. If several parts will be cut from one sheet, consider their layout, machining allowances and the cutting width when choosing a blank. Specify the format, thickness and number of sheets for a quotation.

Custom order
We manufacture carbon sheets to order in any format up to 1500×2000 mm, with a thickness of up to 30 mm. You can specify the sheet width, length and thickness. Include all three dimensions in millimetres, the number of sheets and surface requirements.
If the sheet will be cut into parts, include a drawing or sketch with their dimensions to help agree on the blank size. Manufacturing feasibility, material specification, price and delivery lead time will be confirmed on enquiry before you place the order.
