Specification details
Programme parameters require batch confirmation. Dry base weight and finished prepreg weight are different measures; starred values have explanatory notes below.

Base density
Indicator: weight of 1 m² of dry fiberglass base. Program range: 48–400 g/m². Lower density: thin layers and complex geometry. The final properties depend on the structure and binder.
Base structure
Linen: stable geometry. Twill: increased drapability. Satin: less thread crossings. UD, jacquard and hybrid: special versions. The specific structure is confirmed by the factory.
Binder system
System: selected for temperature and molding cycle. Compatibility: confirmed by technologist. Resin content: consistent with technical brief. Selecting density does not automatically lock the system.

Base: fiberglass. Base density: 160 g/m². Structure: according to technical brief. Binder: selected by the technologist. Delivery: upon order from the factory.
How are price and lead time confirmed?
This specification is quoted per m². State the area and binder requirements. Minimum batch, cut lengths or rolls, storage and delivery conditions are confirmed before ordering.
