Factory orders take time for manufacture and delivery. Price, minimum order and lead time are quoted after the prepreg and quantity are agreed.

Dry base density
Indicator: mass of dry carbon fibers per 1 m². Program range: 30–250 g/m². Lower value: thinner layer of reinforcement. Higher value: more fiber in one layer. The calculation is carried out according to the laying diagram.

Prepreg weight
Indicator: declared mass of base with binder. Program range: 76–374 g/m². Used to calculate the laying mass. The actual value is confirmed by the factory.

Resin content
Indicator: declared proportion of binder by weight. Program range: 33–55%. The resin system is selected for the technology. The actual content is confirmed by the factory.

Material width
Indicator: declared roll width range. Program: 1000–1250 mm. The working width and edge are coordinated by position. The batch format is confirmed by the factory.

Nominal thickness
Indicator: declared prepreg thickness. Program range: 0.03–0.25 mm. After molding depends on the pressure and mode. Part calculations are performed using technology.
