Composition of hybrid fabric
Components: two reinforcing materials in one web. Fiber brand: confirmed according to technical brief. Batch: parameters are agreed upon with the plant.
Weaving
Linen: stable canvas geometry. Twill: drapes better on complex shapes. Execution: availability confirmed by the factory.
Surface density
Indicator: weight of 1 m² of dry fabric. Purpose: calculation of reinforcement mass. Application: selection of the number of layers.
Fabric thickness
Value: Nominal dry fabric thickness. Resin: affects the final thickness of the composite. Pressure and layers: taken into account when calculating the part.
Roll width
Value: declared working width range. Edge: to be adjusted for the selected design. Batch: the specific width is confirmed by the factory.
