A format for your cutting layout

Specify width and length within 1500 × 2000 mm. Attach your cutting layout to the enquiry if available.

Specification for your project

Material, surface and batch quantity are agreed before ordering. Thicknesses up to 30 mm are available for other designs.

Standard factory formats: 250 × 400 to 1500 × 2000 mm.

Before ordering

8 mm carbon sheet: agreeing supply for repeat batches

Start with the available stock specification

For an 8 mm carbon sheet, check the format and grade in the stock section. Warehouse stock and a factory order are different supply options: a displayed balance belongs to its particular entry, not every sheet of that thickness. Choose another format or state custom dimensions when required.

Define what must remain consistent

For repeated purchases of 8 mm carbon fibre sheet, agree the dimensions, tolerances, surface and material requirements in advance. State the drawing number and revision. A photograph of the weave can help communicate appearance, but it does not replace an agreed specification.

Identify machining and assembly features

If the sheet will become plates with locating holes or pockets, mark those features in the drawing. Specify a 500×600×8 mm blank separately from the dimensions of finished parts. List critical dimensions, edge and surface requirements, and acceptance checks. Machining parameters are agreed for the geometry and material specification.

Separate the first purchase from batch demand

State both the quantity needed for the first stage and the expected demand for subsequent batches. This helps agree dispatch of available stock and later factory production. Individual orders can use dimensions within 1500×2000 mm; final specification, price and lead time are confirmed before supply is agreed.
